Jurgen Klopp open on Liverpool's "amazing" Roberto Firmino

Jurgen Klopp praise heaped upon Roberto Firmino for his form this season and believes the Liverpool striker can transform itself into a star for Brazil.

The South American has established itself as one of the most promising players Liverpool since his arrival at the club Hoffenheim back in 2015.

Firmino was also in good form for Brazil and playing in a similar position for his national team as he does for Liverpool.

And Klopp is delighted with what he saw of Firmino for both club and country this season.

Klopp was quoted as saying by the Daily Express: "Brazil has a very good team and Roberto is back playing around [a main striker] and a bit, but if you have the games than he did the score, but he opened almost all situations.

"It's amazing. You think about how they really space in and around the box and it was Roberto across the pitch. He has a very good job.

"Tite [Brazilian driver] obviously like the way we play. There is a man in his staff speak English and we have a lot of contact and he likes the way we play and, although I'm not 100% sure I think he wants to do something similar. "

Liverpool are now preparing for their home game against Bournemouth on Wednesday night as their chase to continue a top-four finish in the Premier League.

Klopp is tasked with sending the Reds back into elite club Europe's competition when they finished eighth last season and without a trophy following his appointment back in October 2015.
