A man who was identified on Sunday April 30th, lost his limb in an accident between a red Toyota and a commercial bus, otherwise known as 'Danfo'.

According to a report about The Nation, the victim, who was a passenger in the Danfo bus, was in front of the incident when the accident occurred.

His limb was alleged to have fallen into the lagoon after the bus experienced a serious accident on a private car on the bridge.

It has been gathered that RRS riders and monitors have asked for a state of emergency to help recover the missing leg.

And as it is the time of this report, the efforts of the Marine Police and a team of RRS officials were under way, while the man moved to Gbagada's general hospital, Lagos.

The vehicles were also moved by the LASEMA Response Unit to prevent congestion.

A few weeks ago, NAIJ.com reported that there was an accident on the third mainland bridge in Lagos, which caused people to suffer from several degrees of injury.

The accident had a commercial bus and a private car on the bridge.
