Rick Ross Reaches Plea Deal In scared money; To be wiped off your Record

On Tuesday, artist and music label executive, Rick Ross appeared in court on

the kidnapping, aggravated assault, aggravated battery among other costs in 2015 where he allegedly held two of the employees taken on his property and allegedly forced and pistol whipped them into a guesthouse at gunpoint.
Rick Ross returned from a trip and found the groundskeepers throwing a party at his home while he was away, and allegedly assaulted them with one victim even telling police that a gun net with chipped teeth and a jaw hurt so badly that he was "restricted to soft foods and liquid diet."
But, there is good news for Rick Ross and the fans, as he will not be facing prison time and once you pay a $ 10,000 fine, all the criminal charges will be watching your records.



According to TMZ, Ross on Tuesday evening pled no contest to one count of felony aggravated assault, while all other criminal charges were submitted. As such, the judge sentenced Ricky to time already served in jail - you spend a week behind bars after his initial arrest- and a $ 10,000 fine.
ccording to the judge, court Rick Ross in a week jail because he was a first-time criminal, and after paying $ 10k fine on Tuesday night, the conviction was expunged from his crime records.




Ross, whose real name is William Leonard Roberts and Senator Nadrian Lateef James were sentenced to five years probation in June 2015 attack, Fayette County District Attorney Benjamin D. Coker said;
"The resolution of the case was reached after discussion with the prosecution team, victims and law enforcement,"

"It was the best resolution to the case considering the facts and circumstances at hand."
